Andrea has been photographing weddings since 2010. Photojournalistic, spontaneous, and creative are how Andrea describes her style as a wedding photographer. “Having worked as a photojournalist for years, what I enjoy the most about covering a wedding is that I enjoy the telling of an individual story. You are continually seeking the little moments of human nature and the personal relationships in action, and that is what a wedding day is filled with! It’s fun to find the stories within the story of each different wedding day.”

Andrea lives in Houston, Texas with her fur-baby Chloe – a 13-year-old Parson Russell Terrier. She loves taking Chloe on walks. Andrea also loves exploring and photographing new areas. “In my personal work I love the discover small towns and walk within them to find the hidden details of neighborhoods and architecture.”

She also loves riding motorcycles. She “would love to ride via motorcycle along the Mediterranean coast through Italy, France, and Spain– stopping as often as possible to explore the small towns and coastal scenery along the way.”

Her advice for couples on their wedding day is to “make sure that you enjoy the day! You have probably worked really hard to put all the right people in place to make sure the details are perfect. Trust them to deliver for you – and remember that the photographer will take care of all those moments that will wizz past you at the speed of light!”
